Susie was wonderful to work with! We decided to purchase a short sale which we knew would take a lengthy process. She was right there for us the entire way! Any questions and concerns were addressed promptly which was such a blessing for us as first time home buyers! I can’t say enough about how much it means to have someone you can rely on and trust during such a confusing process. Also the homes for heros program was really cool and the donations to the school of our choice was really neat too. They are giving back to the community and I would be glad to recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Beth and Susie helped Erica and I sell our townhouse in Woodbridge, VA in 2012, and Beth helped us buy it in 2009.  They are great to work with, very considerate, very helpful, totally professional, with a network of other professionals who made the buying and selling process very smooth.  As I think about the future of our real estate purchases, I will always reference our time with Beth and Susie as the benchmark that we would like to reach.  I am a bit sad that I will not only not get to work with them again, but due to distance, we will not be able to maintain our friendship.  I am only comforted by the knowledge that I know they are helping other lucky families on their home purchasing/selling journey.

I first met Susie Zinn 7 years ago when she helped me rent a townhouse in the Woodbridge, VA area. She was referred to me by a friend. Five years quickly passed and I was itching for more space, a two-car garage, and a bigger kitchen. I contacted Susie again, this time though, Susie had teamed up with another amazing realtor, Beth Ide. Beth was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area and offered some great suggestions to consider that ultimately helped me make my final decision on where to buy. Throughout the home buying process, I was never by myself. Either Beth or Susie ensured that they were with me every step of the way. It didn’t matter who showed up, because both communicated to each other and knew exactly what needed to be done, said, or explained. I didn’t have to worry about anything.

In addition, Beth and Susie sold my condo (in a tough economy time) in less than two weeks for $5,000 more than I had expected. They also did a virtual home video, hired professional photographer, ‘staged’ the home to look fabulous, had professional brochures that were printed from an actual printing company with an excellent write up about the home, and they even did some handywoman work – they were on ladders, drilling, installing, you name it, they did it!
